For over 35 years, the Larson name has been synonymous with trusted real estate expertise on Fire Island—especially in Saltaire. Founded by Ken and RoseAnn Larson, Larson Realty built its reputation as “Fire Island’s Choice” through deep local knowledge, integrity, and a truly personal approach to every client relationship.
Today, that legacy continues, bringing expanded resources while maintaining the boutique, family-driven service clients have come to expect.
What began as a husband-and-wife team has grown into a multi-generational business. Their son, Nathaniel, joined in 2012, before joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and continues to sell real estate all over Fire Island and Long Island. Most recently, their daughter-in-law Emily has come on board as a licensed New York State real estate agent, working alongside managing broker RoseAnn.
Together, the Larsons combine decades of experience, local insight, and a shared commitment to helping clients navigate Fire Island real estate with confidence.
